Pleasanton is a little cozy town with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. It is a town that makes you think of simpler times as you stroll down the sidewalks. Many of the building exemplifies the architectural styles dating back to the mid-19th century preserving the history to be enjoyed by many visitors. Pleasanton also puts on many social events to bring the community together in the downtown area. During June/July families can enjoy the fair at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. The city of Pleasanton was named one of “Americans’ Best Cities to live in 2014!
